PREMIER wants everyone to be able to learn about mortgages and reach us easily, including people who use assistive technology. We design this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

What we do

Text and backgrounds meet contrast guidelines, and the site works at large text sizes and on phones.

Every page can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus outlines.

Images have text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.

Animations can be paused, and they stop automatically if your device is set to reduce motion. Music never plays unless you turn it on.

Headings, labels and buttons are written to make sense when read aloud.

Third-party tools

Some services we link to, such as our online application and scheduling page, are run by other companies. We choose providers who support accessibility, but their pages may not fully match ours. If one of them gives you trouble, contact us and we will help another way.
