This policy explains what information PREMIER Financial Group of Florida, LLC d/b/a Casa Clara ("PREMIER," "we," "us") collects through this website and the Casa Clara app, how we use it, and the choices you have. PREMIER is a licensed Florida mortgage broker, NMLS ID 1318440.
Federal privacy notices
When you apply for a loan, you receive our privacy notice required by federal law (the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act) with your loan disclosures. It explains how we collect, share and protect the personal financial information in your application.
In short: PREMIER shares your information only for everyday business purposes, such as processing your loan, responding to legal requests and reporting to credit bureaus. We do not share it for our own marketing, we do not jointly market with other companies, we have no affiliates, and we do not share it with nonaffiliates so they can market to you. Casa Clara
Casa Clara is a trade name of PREMIER. PREMIER Financial Group of Florida, LLC does business as (d/b/a) Casa Clara. The Casa Clara app helps buyers estimate the cost of owning a home in South Florida. When you ask for help in the app, sign up for updates, or contact us through it, your information comes to PREMIER and is handled as described in this policy.
If you ask to be connected with a real estate agent, we share your name and contact details with the agent we introduce you to, so they can reach you.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you text, call, email or book a chat with us, we receive what you share, such as your name, phone number, email address and your question.
Loan applications. Our online application runs on a secure, encrypted loan system. What you enter there goes directly into that system, not through this website.
Tools on this site. The bank statement income estimator works entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into it is sent to us or stored.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and hosting provider may record basic technical information, such as your browser type, device, pages visited and the website that referred you. If we use analytics or advertising tools, they may set cookies to measure how the site is used.
How we use information
To answer your questions and schedule conversations.
To take and process a loan application you request, including comparing programs from our wholesale lending partners.
To send updates about a loan you have applied for.
To improve this website and understand which pages are useful.
To meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping requirements.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to provide the service you ask for, or as the law requires or permits. This can include wholesale lenders reviewing your loan, credit reporting agencies, appraisers, title and closing companies, insurance providers, and companies that help us run our business, such as our loan origination system (ARIVE), our client management system (Follow Up Boss), our scheduling tool (Calendly), our email service (MailerLite, for email updates), text messaging tools, WhatsApp (operated by Meta), and our website host. These providers may use your information only to provide services to us.
With your permission, we may share the status of your loan with the real estate agent working on your purchase.
We may disclose information to comply with law, regulation, court order or a regulator's request, or to prevent fraud.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
When you text us, your message goes to our mortgage advisor's business mobile phone, and we reply from it. We may also send texts about your inquiry or loan through our loan origination system or client management system.
We text you only to respond to you, to follow up on a conversation you started, or about a loan you applied for. We send marketing texts only if you have agreed to receive them, and agreeing is never a condition of getting a loan. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties for their own marketing.
WhatsApp messages
You can also message us on WhatsApp, including through Casa Clara (PREMIER Financial Group of Florida, LLC d/b/a Casa Clara). WhatsApp is operated by Meta, and its own terms and privacy policy apply to messages sent through its service. Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers or loan documents by WhatsApp; use our secure online application instead.
We use WhatsApp only to reply to you and follow up on your inquiry. To stop, reply STOP or block our number in WhatsApp.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your device, browser and approximate location, but not your name or loan information. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (opens in a new tab), and Google explains its practices in How Google uses information from sites that use its services (opens in a new tab).
Casa Clara may use Meta advertising tools, such as the Meta Pixel, to measure how well its ads on Facebook and Instagram work and to show ads to people who have visited. These tools can set cookies and share information such as the pages you visit with Meta. We set them up so that the numbers you enter into the cost calculator, and your financial or loan information, are not sent to Meta. You can change your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings (opens in a new tab).
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal; because there is no common standard for it, our site does not respond to it.
Condo Finder. To protect the building list, Condo Finder limits how many ZIP codes can be looked up each day. To count lookups, we keep a scrambled (one-way encoded) version of your internet address and the ZIP codes you checked. It can’t be turned back into your address, isn’t linked to your name, and is deleted automatically after 24 hours.
How we protect information
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, as required by the FTC Safeguards Rule for financial companies. Loan documents should be uploaded through our secure application, never by regular email.
Wire fraud warning. We will never send you wiring instructions by email or text. Before you wire money, call the title company at a phone number you have verified yourself.
How long we keep information
We keep information as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and as required by mortgage record-keeping laws, then dispose of it securely.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Other websites
Our site links to other websites, such as our online application, our scheduling page, NMLS Consumer Access, Zillow and Instagram. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
Your choices
You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email, and out of texts by replying STOP. To ask about, correct or update information we hold about you, contact us using the details below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
